1. Why do I have to wait to be approved?

   At www.currencychatter.com we strive to ensure that our members have access to the best, most current and up-to-date information.  The approval process eliminates unwanted spamming, creating the best user experience possible for our members.  Our administrators are working hard 24/7 and try to process member requests as quickly as possible.  

Chat Room

1. HELP! Invalid Username or Password on Login Screen

   While there could be a number of reasons why you cannot log into chat, 99.9% of the time, double checking the following will allow you to enter.

   • Have you registered for the chat room?  We use two seperate clients, so any user wishing to enter the chat room, will need to register for the chat room, aside from registering for the forum/site.  It's a simple and quick process to register for the chat, and you will gain instant access.  Your login for chat is not the same as the forum login information.  However, you can register with the same name as you use in the forum for the chat.  
   • If you are positive you have registered for the chatroom, please double and triple check to make sure you are using the correct username and password.  You can always click the Forgotten your password? link at the bottom of the login box to have your password sent to the email address you registered your account with.
